Each request for a refund is considered on its merits.
If our system fails to create your book due to AI-related issues then we will automatically refund:
If you paid with credits, they will be returned back to your account.
If you paid with money – we will not claim your payment and it will be refunded back to your account (this might take a few days).
Once initiated, projects cannot be cancelled so please double-check your inputs before starting.
